Selepas seminggu berlalu, baru hari ni berkesempatan nak share mengenai special day ini. Beginilah kehidupan sbg working mom or mom, ada saja busy nya kan?
Minggu lepas on 29 November 2025, saya pergi Pre Christmas lunch at The Majestic Hotel Kuala Lumpur with fellow moms from my church. and honestly… it turned out way sweeter than I expected. Bukan pasal makanan saja, but the whole feeling of being there bersama-sama, celebrating a little pre-Christmas moment.
Kami semua busy, kerja, anak, family, church activities so bila finally dapat duduk sama-sama for lunch, it already felt like a celebration. Majestic Hotel pula memang ada that classic, elegant vibe. Masuk saja, terus rasa calm, macam sekejap keluar dari kesibukan KL.
For our lunch, it's buffet style so we can take whatever we wanted to eat but to be honest, the food was just the bonus. The real joy was being around these women who share the same life faith. Sambil makan, kami borak pasal anak-anak (of course 😆), Christmas preparation, church plans, and all the little mom things hanya kami saja faham.Kami kenal je di church cuma ada yang tidak pernah bertegur sapa secara dekat macam ni. So, inilah masanya untuk mengenali lebih dekat orang kata.
And the best part adalah gift exchange!
This one memang buat kami semua extra excited. Bila time buka hadiah tu, everyone was so happy… macam budak-budak dapat present Christmas. Tapi yang paling buat hati lembut isn’t the gift itself, tapi the thought behind it. Rasa sangat appreciated, sangat disayangi, sangat connected.
In that moment, I felt grateful.
Grateful for friendship, for sisterhood in Christ, for the support system yang selalu ada even on days we don’t say it out loud. Motherhood ni sometimes rasa lonely, and life pun banyak naik turun this year… tapi duduk dengan mereka today reminded me that I’m not walking this journey alone.
Balik from Majestic, hati rasa ringan. Rasa more ready for December. Rasa macam Christmas spirit tu sudah mula datang pelan-pelan.
And honestly… moments like this are the ones that stay. ❤️✨
